20-045 Emergency Services Communications Trailer

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit submissions from qualified firms to build and equip a new custom built towable cargo style trailer to provide adequate space for amateur radio, satellite communications and first responder radio in the event of an emergency or disaster where a direct link to radio communications is required.
