Ravensong Aquatic Centre hosts a variety of swimming, aquafit, lessons and events. The pool is also home to a number of community user groups.

Ravensong Aquatic Centre has two pools. The 25-meter lane pool and a leisure pool. Both pools are disinfected using a tablet chlorination system. The pool water is also filtered and treated with ultraviolet light and sand filtration. The main pool water is re-circulated through the system in its entirety once every six hours.
The pools are set at the following temperatures:
Main pool: 29 C or 84.2 F
Leisure pool: 34.5 C or 94 F
Ravensong Aquatic Centre has both a steam sauna and a dry infrared sauna.
The hot tub, showers, sauna and steam room are open for drop-in.

There are four universal family private change rooms, with washrooms.
One female changeroom.
One male changeroom.
Lockers are available at a cost of $.25 to $.50.
Monday to Friday: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
On November 11 the facility and reception office is closed.
