Mount Arrowsmith Massif Regional Park
Mount Arrowsmith Massif Regional Park spans more than 1,300 hectares of alpine and subalpine landscapes, encompassing both Mount Arrowsmith and Mount Cokely. In late spring and early summer, vibrant wildflowers blanket the park’s alpine meadows, while high ridges provide habitat for species such as the white-tailed ptarmigan. Historical evidence also suggests that Vancouver Island marmots once inhabited the area. A network of historic alpine trails offers rewarding opportunities for intermediate and experienced hikers seeking panoramic views and a challenging mountain experience. The park is backcountry alpine terrain where cold winds, fog, rain, hail and snow may begin without warning. Be prepared for all weather conditions.

There are no waste bins in the park. Pack out all garbage, including dog waste bags.
