Coats Marsh Regional Park

This 46-hectare park protects environmentally sensitive wetlands and forests, including Gabriola Island’s first protected wetland and a stand of second-growth Douglas fir trees. A network of rustic trails winds through the park, offering opportunities to explore marsh habitats, observe birds and experience the area's rich natural diversity.

The mash viewpoint is a 100 metre walk from the Stanley Place trailhead.
