23-012 Waste Removal Services Parks and Trails

The purpose of this request for proposals is to solicit submissions from qualified companies for the maintenance and servicing of all RDN Parks and Trails garbage and recycling receptacles, with the exception to those in Area B (Gabriola, Mudge and DeCourcy Islands).
