The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) advises of a Public Hearing regarding a zoning amendment respecting 1788 Fielding Road in Electoral Area A. The purpose of the proposed bylaw is to rezone the subject property from Residential 2 (RS2) to Industrial 1 (IN1) to allow for warehousing buildings.
