Vendors are advised that the Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) intends to negotiate and direct award a contract to SYLVIS Environmental Services Inc. for the provision of Qualified Professional services to oversee the management of Class A biosolids at Harmac Pacific in Nanaimo, BC from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2025.
