The Regional District of Nanaimo is inviting tenders from qualified and experienced contractors for the drilling one 12-inch diameter water supply production well and associated works at a selected location in the Surfside Water Service Area, located north of Qualicum Beach. A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on November 17, 2026 (Tuesday) at 2:00 PM Local Time.

All tenders must be accompanied by a verifiable digital Bid Bond and a verifiable digital Consent of Surety as defined by the Surety Association of Canada. Scanned copies are not acceptable.
