The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit submissions from qualified firms to complete a hydraulic analysis for the RDN wastewater interceptor, pump station and force main northwest of the French Creek Pollution Control Centre, taking into account discharges from Surfside, the Town of Qualicum Beach, and French Creek.
